I can't thank Jill and the gang enough for their hospitality and generosity when we visited to pick up Cooper. This dog is grand! He is already a part of the family and has everybody (except the cat) wrapped around his little finger (paw?). We couldn't be more pleased with our puppy.

We visited the most beautiful doodles today and got to meet our own little Cooper! Or maybe his name is Seven. Or Shadrack. Or Deacon. Probably Seven though. He's just 4 weeks so we have to wait to bring him home. Time to get the nursery ready. Thanks Jill - you're the best!

This was copied from the Three Dog Bakery Cookbook
St Valentine's Day Frisky Feast

Makes 16 Moonstruck Muffins

1 1/2 c whole-wheat flour
1 c rolled oats
1 c oat bran
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 apples, peeled & diced
1/2 c raisins
1 egg
1/4 c honey
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 c walnuts
1 c skim milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a bowl, Combine flour, oats, oat bran, baking soda & cinnamon.
Add apples, Raisins, egg, honey,oil & walnuts. Stir thoroughly.
Add milk & mix thoroughly.
Spoon batter into a greased muffin tins so that the sups are three-quarters full and bake for 20 to 25 min. Cool before serving and store in a sealed container.

Making these delicious muffins on Valentines Day will let your dood know how much you love em :)

Seamus loves (and will do anything for) pieces of Natural Balance roll. We cut it up into 1" x 1" squares.

We love it when Jill pulls out the Three Dog Bakery cookbook!!! We can Smell the Progress!!! OH MY The mini muffins are a big hit around here!!!! WE also have the ultimate guide to pampering our Horses...So when Jill pulls out the pans she has something fresh for everyone!!!! We love to include all of our Animal family!!! We deliver the horses thier treats!!!! It's a fun game!!!!!
