Hi! No... I don't think so. The woman I spoke to was in her late 60's and her doodle was red. We spoke in the pet shop... Critter Beach in Rehoboth. We are so excited for this years Doodle Romp. We get the newest member of our family on April 20th... she is a red double doodle. She will be 9 wks old when we go to the Doodle Romp:) We are so excited!!!! Will you be at the Romp?
I didn't see your previous post. There will be no vendors. This event isn't nearly as large as the Greyhound event. They have 2000 greyhounds on the beach. We typically have about 80 Goldendoodles attend. It costs $1500 for a vendors permit, so there isn't enough attendees to warrant the cost of a vendors permit. The t-shirts will be available on the beach. If you want to order them ahead of time, you can contact the organizers through the website www.DoodlesInDewey.com.
Hi Selma, Sorry for getting back to you so late. Shadow, the golden I had with my ex husband will be 15 this year in June. He has problems walking but his mind is very sharp. We share Shadow but it is becoming more difficult for him to travel. I am going to miss him terribly when he passes away. Shadow was probably the smartest dog I ever had. My Sheba is very smart but a bit timid at times and Duke is just a big lover boy. If you put the two of them together you get Shadow. Give your precious Lacey a big hug from us!!
You are so welcome and I hope you had a great Birthday! I see you are friends with Rose and I see Adrianne Matzkin posted to your page, too. Rose and Adrianne are friends of mine and I met them here on DoodleKisses. They are great girls and I always enjoy spending time with them. I have attended a few romps in NJ and hope to head that way again sometime this spring/summer. Maybe we'll get the chance to meet sometime. Chesney is adorable!
