Linda you might want to post your question about blue eyes in the discussion section of the Aussiedoodle group. When you "Send a message to group" as you did there's nowhere for people to respond to you, no link to your page, no link to a place to contact you or respond. So you may not get many responses.
Hi Linda, I sure will tell Faye about your new addition! About his shyness, the more confident he becomes in all situations and the more positive meetings with as many people you can introduce him to should do the trick. This all takes time and it's just amazing what love accomplishes! Also very interested in new dog park.
Hi Linda, I see from your post that you and Fitz are in obedience training. Where? Jasper and I are in class @ Obedience Club of Chattanooga in Flintstone, GA (Chattanooga Valley) on Tues. nights. Hoping maybe to run into you there. Would love to meet Fitz!
Hi Linda, So sorry I responded late. It's better to send me a private message when you really need me. Anyway... there are only TWO doodle rescue organizations that actually HAVE dogs in their care: IDOG rescue and Doodle Rescue Inc. Both are fine. But the site that Doodle Rescue Inc used to have now is a different site that just lists doodles and dogs in rescue (but they do not have actual dogs in their care). So there is no long list of 'bad' sites...just a short list of two rescues you should contact:
It was nice seeing you & Webster at the park too! That was Jasper's first time there and I was so proud of him. He is used to playing with big dogs so all those there didn't seem to intimidate him at all. He even went up the agility ramps after Lily, so funny, I've been trying to get her to go up them for over a year now and Jasper goes up them the first time. Sorry Zeke was so grouchy. I really don't think he is comfortable playing with other dogs, he much prefers people.
Hi Linda, Nice to hear from you. We have had Jasper in our home for a month now. He came from the breeder our 1st doodle Zeke is from. We are a guardian home for him which means he is our dog but she retains breeding rights for 3-4 years if all his testing is good. We sure are enjoying him, it's very different having a little guy.
Hi Linda, I'm a doodle owner in your area (Rossville) and we also attend the dog park at Greenway on occasion. In fact I have met the cute little dacshund in one of your pictures! I'd like to invite you to join The Chattanooga Group here @ Doodle Kisses, so far only two members but I know there are a few more out there who could be in this group. We have 2 Labradoodles who are both almost 2 years of age. Maybe we could get together for a play date at Greenway sometime. Welcome to Doodle Kisses! Susan Green
