Thanks again Nancy. We did attend one Romp when Hank was about 8 months old & I remember seeing Josie...so cute! Since then we’ve really gotten into hiking. Hank comes with me when dogs are allowed on trails. He’s currently helping me train to hike the SoCal 6 Pack Of Peaks & possibly Mt Whitney. We already have a hike that day, so we won’t be able to attend. Have fun at the night Romp. We have attended an OC Doodle Romp as they are closer to us than Seal Beach...very fun & have met quite a few pups we follow on Instagram. Hank is @hank2tank. Thanks again for reaching out. Hank has a lot of people who love him.
I agree it makes me mad that some people cant see past "the look" and love their puppy as is. Always makes me wonder about their human children. We don't always get what we want! Pippa has such a wonderful personality, I wouldn't trade her for any number of fluffy Doodles! And to be honest, she gets more attention when we go out because she doesn't look like the others. Everyone always wants to know "what kind of dog is that one?"
A scrunchie! Great idea. I've thought of clothespinning her ears up, but obviously that would be unkind. But a scrunchie could work. In all the years with papillons I never had a single ear infection. Big ears that stand up just don't have the same issues as long floppy ears.
Thank you so much for the warm welcoming! I am new to DK, so I’m just trying to navigate the site and figure out the functions. I appreciate you taking your time to run by some of the functions with me. Glad to know there’s a SoCal doodle meetup! I recently got my double doodle and soon became a doodle enthusiast!
You can't 100% tell if a product is coming direct from the company on Amazon but usually right below the "in stock" there is a little blurb of "Sold by _____". Often the resellers will have a different name there.
For example in this link for yak chews the item is made by Downtown pet supply according to the header but int he "Sold by" it's some random company called "Dog-stuff4u".
Hi!! Hammy is GREAT! He's 5 months old now, getting his permanent teeth, a sweet little doll!! We couldn't be happier with him and the breeder: http://asdcompanionlabradoodles.com/ Christina was great, her dogs are fantastic. the ONLY reason we haven't come to a romp is that they're so far away, but soon. We think Hamilton is ready for one now.
Thank you for welcoming me. I heard there were some nutrition experts on this site which is why I wanted to join. I look forward to learning all I can as my Holly girl moves forward into her Senior years.
